I have a low tolerance for pain. I quickly put a bandage or a compress on every little cut and hurt I have. However, last night was different. I hit my left ring finger badly while I was doing moves in my hip-hop dance lesson. Of course, I could have asked my instructor to let me leave early, but I did not. There were only two students attending, so I did not want to miss this opportunity. I asked myself if basketball players, volleyball players or baseball players stop playing when they have a jammed finger. The answer was NO. I kept on till the end and went home immediately after the lesson to treat my finger. My husband laughed and said, “You are a real dance trainee at the age of sixty-four!” (133 words)
