A while ago, my husband and I went on a tour. We were supposed to take a direct flight to Yakushima Airport, but the tour guide called us the previous day and said the flight had been cancelled. We had to take a plane to Kagoshima four hours earlier instead and then take another flight to Yakushima. We met the tour guide at Itami Airport, but she wasn’t at Kagoshima Airport. She missed the plane for some reason. The company sent a substitute guide who guided us on the first day. That night, the first tour guide came and apologized, and guided us on the second and third day. The company compensated us with a free lunch and sent a local bus guide for the first day. She gave us lots of information about the island. We had some trouble, but we had a good time. All’s well that ends well!    (151 words)
